The hydraulically assisted, foot operated,
tilt-in-space feature allows the complete seating unit to tilt
providing pressure relief for the user. Additionally, it allows
the built-in support to correct postural position.
The MPS Supportive Seating System provides maximum comfort and
support with the clever use of custom contouring. This
incorporates an anti-thrust seat front, lateral contouring on
both the padded seat and padded backrest. The extra supportive
wing bolsters on the backrest and built in lumbar support
ensures the best in spinal and trunk positioning. The backrest
is fitted with a manual reclining system to accommodate various
seat-to-back angles. An adjustable headrest supports the users
head.

The padded seat not only features three grades
of soft foam and a rubber sprung pelvic support area, it can
also be manufactured to incorporate various brands of pressure
relief cushions such as Jay, Roho and others.
The optional elevating leg rests adjust with a simple one-touch
lever lock and feature soft contoured calf supports and swing
away for easy access. The leg rests may be elevated in angle
from a standard leg position up to the elevate position which is
great for additional comfort or to assist in the relief of
symptoms of Edema or related leg circulatory conditions.
