A: The warning bar with warning siren and lights is not designed for use outdoors.
A: Yes the ODG-120-BL has blinking lights and a siren.
A: The strobe/siren has a position sensor. When the sensor is "bumped" or tilted at an angle the strobe/siren will activate . The strobe/siren will cease once the strobe returns to its vertical position.
A: The decibel level is approximately 85 db. The volume is not adjustable.
