Heavy-duty steel bollard also functions as a cigarette disposal unit. Cigarette disposable hole measures 1" diameter. Removable top is connected to steel container for holding cigarette butts. Top is lockable with padlock (padlock not included). Includes baked in powder coat finish. Base plate includes four pre-drilled installation holes. Installation hardware sold separately. Dome base hides installation bolts.
