Load Binders are used for chain binding applications in trucking and marine industries. Heavy-duty, forged steel construction. Proof capacity is 10,000 pounds while the ultimate capacity is 19,000 pounds. Accommodates 5/16" to 3/8" chain. Insert lock thru hole for maximum theft protection.
