SERIES: HYD

The Hefti-Lift units provide reliable powerful lifting when moving and positioning loads. The manual hydraulic foot pump yields 3/4" of platform travel per stroke, auto-shift models feature a two speed foot pump.The units roll smoothly on two rigid and two swivel poly-on-steel casters with foot operated brake. The units are designed of welded steel construction with chrome platforms and uprights (except model HYD-10-DA-SS) Each fork is 4-1/2"W x 2-1/2"H, the fork length is the same as the platform length. Overall fork width is 22". Not for use with pallets. Stainless Steel units are compact, lightweight, and capable of turning in a small radius when space is limited. A built-in automatic load check valve is included for improved safety. Model HYD-5-SS features a hydraulic foot pump, while model HYD-10-DA-SS comes with a dual acting manual hydraulic hand pump.

Air Powered units are great in manufacturing or distributing facilities when space is limited. The single speed foot pump and hand held push button control (reciprocating air/oil power) raise forks to the desired location. The foot pump can be utilized to maneuver the table height to a precise position. The unit requires a minimum hose diameter of 1/4" and air pressure of 72 to 100 psi.

Q: Can the V-Block be used on the HYD-10?

A: The HYDC-VBLK accessory for the DC powered unit can be used on the manual units as well.

Q: We are looking at the extra platform for the HYD-5-LP. How high is the lip on the platform?

A: The HYD-5-LP platform lip is 3-1/8" high. The HYD-5-EP platform lip is 5-1/8".

Q: How much hydraulic fluid do these units hold?

A: The Hefti-Lifts hold 2-2.5 quarts of hydraulic fluid.

Q: Is the platform removable so the unit can be used just with the forks?

A: Yes platform is removable on the following models HYD-10, HYD-10-AIR, HYD-10-AS, HYD-10-DA,SS, HYD-10-DC, HYD-10-DC,SS HYD-10-EP. Lift can be used with or without platform (with forks).

Q: How tall can it reach?

A: Overall height is 79.375". Maximum height is 53". Maximum travel distance is 49".

Q: How thick are the forks? Will they fit low profile pallets?

A: Width of the forks 4 3/8", overall fork width 21 3/4", usable length 40". Also fork thickness 0.184" and height 2 3/8".

Q: What is the inside dimension of the platform?

A: The platform inside dimension is 24".
